Dove Release for weddings, funerals and special occasions

When making a booking we will discuss your dove release requirements for the occasion that you are enquiring about and offer you the best advice and package that our company can provide.

If you then decide to book the occasion with us, your details will be taken and the date entered in our diary. We will then require a booking fee of 25% (non-refundable). The balance will be required within four weeks of the occasion. Please make sure that the date and time given for your occasion is correct.

A specific time for the doves' release will be discussed with you at the time of your booking. It is very important that our doves do not have to spend long period of time waiting to be released as this can be very stressful to them especially in hot weather.

We do allow a maximum of 20 minutes after service for release.

If there are any unexpected delays from our confirmed times please be aware that this will incur further charges.

Dove Release conditions:

Our doves are not just tools of our trade. Their welfare is of the utmost importance to us and we will under no circumstances put them at any risk whatsoever.

They will not be released in bad weather such as thunderstorms, fog or high winds. Their release must take place at least three hours before dusk to provide a safe journey home for them.

Our doves have a release radius of twenty-five miles. Other distances can be arranged so please discuss this with us at the time of booking to avoid misunderstandings.

Our doves come with an experienced release Co-Ordinator who will endeavour to make your special event go as planned. The WEATHER plays a big part in the release of the doves, as stated above. We always attend no matter what the weather but it will be the decision of your co-ordinator whether the doves are released or not due to the weather conditions at that moment in time.

We do try to cater for short notice events, in which case we require the full amount on booking

Please make sure that the date and time given for your occasion is correct.
